heh.
big complex of ritzy-schnortzy, fancy-shmancy, ex-pen-sive condos being built on the other side of the road.
my guess: the hoity-toity don't want the rest of us hoi polloi cluttering up their view.
i've got news for them. that's public right-of-way, and there's already too little parking out there to begin with. these signs were nearly-new at thanksgiving, the off-season here. i predict a public outcry once tourist season is in full swing.
